You need a degree — this is an unhappy truth, discovered as you watch those with far less experience receive the promotions you crave, the praises you deserve. They are not more skilled than you. Now, however, it can be shifted easily into your weeks. Plan out your classes; choose your specialty; and create an accelerated program that will allow you to work as you wish and finish when you must. You’ll be dependent purely on your own decisions — and this will enable you to succeed.
Receiving an education is essential in moving forward with your career. You can redefine it, though, to meet your needs and your desires.
